StatementI chose to be a part of the ASUO, because I felt that our student representatives were not doing an adequate job representing the true interests of the student body as a whole. I felt that the ASUO was doing a disservice to students, by not taking their duties seriously and not listening to students and groups when they came before Senate. I hope to help make Senate a place that will be inclusive, respectful, and a place where Senators can work to create the best University of Oregon environment possible with the budget that we have been granted.
