ASUO Budget Process

Establishing the 2019-20 Incidental Fee Budget

It's official - ASUO's 2018-19 Budget Process, in which the 2019-20 Budget is created, has begun.

This page is a resource on ASUO's annual budget process, and is intended to provide information for I-Fee Funded Units as well as I-Fee Decision Makers (ASUO Officers).

ASUO Finance is providing administrative support to ASUO Officers and I-Fee Funded Units who interact with the Incidental Fee. Please bring your questions to ASUO Finance.

Highlights of the 2018-19 Process

ASUO requires all Incidental-Funded Organizations to follow a FOUR STEP Budget Process. See details on the Budget Timeline Document linked above.

Submission of a budget proposal does not automatically qualify your organization for a budget hearing. To discuss whether your organization qualifies for a hearing, please reach out to your Committee Tag or to the Committee which has financial authority over your budget.

Minimum Wage Changes

Beginning on July 1, 2019, Oregon's minimum wage will increase from $10.75 to $11.25.
