Veterans and Family Student Association

UO's Veteran and Family Student Association (VFSA)'s best weekly meeting
time looks like it will be Thursdays at 5pm this term. (Shea and Rosa,
we will work something out since you were the only two officers that had
attendance concerns, no big deal, we will work something out. If any
other VFSA Officers can't make that meeting time regularly please let me
know ASAP.)

***For those who have class at this time and can't make the weekly
meetings, I highly encourage you to join our community chat room on
GroupMe on this link here: (Download the GroupMe
app). This is a great way to stay updated w/o having the obligation of
making a meeting.

Additionally, every VFSA officer has weekly Office hours in the SVC,
which is another opportunity to talk directly to an officer (Spring term
hours TBD). VFSA is purely student led, that's what makes it awesome!

We will meet at the Vet Center next Thursday at 5pm. These meetings are
open to ALL (sometimes we have free food). That may be our permanent
residence since technically the SVC is closed and we will have that
space to ourselves, but we will see. If we prefer the Umpqua Room then
we can look into reservations again.

We have a very busy term coming up, so we need all hands on deck! Here
is a rough outline of everything VFSA and the UO Veteran Community have
going on this term, please let me know if I am missing anything:
